Why Keanu?

He is an excellent example of a good human. Be More Keanu acknowledges the importance of humility, honesty, integrity, humour and hard work and the impact it can have on the lives of others. I am not saying Keanu is perfect, I am trying to convey that in my eyes he is an inspirational example of a decent human, and he does it in a way that is accessible to us all.

Each one of us could take some time to acknowledge someone less fortunate, or less privileged by working to overcome our own fears an insecurities that lead us to ignore what we don’t understand, or don’t want to see.

Each one of us could give a little of what we have to someone who would benefit – whether that is time, attention, a smile, a thank you, sustenance or a little help financially.

Each one of us could work towards being a bit more positive; learning to change our perspective and outlook in a difficult situation; to be grateful for what we have, rather than focussing on what we lack.

Even if you only do one small thing once, even if you only do it for a second – you’ve been a bit more Keanu, and each time it happens the world is a better place for it.
